Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return an Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number. We will pay return shipping cost .

2. Customers will have to wait for us to generate the return tracking Number.  We will email you accepting your return and also in the same email we will have return tracking number for you to print and ship.

Please note that all returns may not have this return address and may be returned directly to the manufacturer in some cases. Its very important customers do wait for our return generated tracking number to enable quick refunds to customers and avoid confusion.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee when you return an item to us. Note some items though maybe shipped from China, all returns will be made to Fijoz LLC, St Louis office. Please note that we generate the return label. In case you paid a shipping cost for the product it will not be refunded. If shipping was free then you will get a full refund. Irrespective of this whether shipping is free or not, what you paid for the product will be refunded in full within 3-7 business days. You can call us anytime to 314-495-5453 to enquire status of your return or refund amount. We are a family owned business and we sure would do the best to make our customers are totally satisfied with the product and with our customer service.


We will go case by case to see if your product can be exchanged. We will get in contact with you to see whats the best solution we can provide you to make sure you are happy. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within one week of your order. Note some products thats being shipped from china will take three weeks to arrive through epacket. Kindly allow this shipping time when you make the purchase. Note though the product is shipped from china returns will always be made to Fijoz LLC in St Louis, Missouri warehouse. 


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:


DHL or other carriers who will provide a reasonable shipping rate. 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In most cases we are trying to provide free shipping as best as possible. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
